Quality Training Guaranteed
Each new employee spends at least several days or as much time as needed with their supervisor who explains the expectations and protocols of Sterling. Employees are trained to operate cleaning equipment, apply cleaning agents, use employee safety procedures, interact with clients, deal with problems that might arise and ways to work with other Sterling employees as a team. Each employee will understand their specific tasks for each job and have a check list of areas that need to be cleaned on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. For certain jobs like cleaning for a doctor’s office or a hospital, Sterling employees will receive additional one-on-one training to ensure the particular needs of those clients are met.
